Membership Agreement

I hereby apply for membership of the University Flying Club Incorporated (“UFC”).
I agree to abide by the UFC’s rules and regulations as passed from time to time.
I agree to maintain the UFC’s aircraft to the best of my ability whilst in my care, and to promptly report all breakages, loss and damage of the UFC’s aircraft, equipment and property to the UFC committee.
I agree that I am liable for the repair of damage or the insurance excess, whichever is the lesser, that occurs while the aircraft is in my care or as a result of my improper stowage or securing of the aircraft after my flight.
I agree that I am liable for any and all costs incurred by UFC as a result of my miss-use of the aircraft including, but not limited to: exceedance of any published aircraft limitations; dangerous and/or reckless maneuvers; failure to review and/or follow published aircraft documentation and procedures; aerobatics.
I agree that the aircraft is to be used for "private pleasure and business" and flight instruction. The aircraft is not to be used for commercial purposes or in competitions.
