- 18.7.1995: Substantially damaged during flight training at Kingaroy, QLD – During landing, the aircraft bounced and the right wing dropped and contacted the runway, damaging the aileron and wingtip. The student pilot was the only occupant.
- 31.1.2002: Minor damage during flight training at Caloundra, QLD – While conducting a series of touch and go circuits, the pilot noticed that the engine ran roughly during takeoff, which was rejected. An inspection revealed that one cylinder had lost compression.
