- 19.5.1982: Minor damage at Lake Eyre, SA – Passenger asked pilot to land so that he could take photos of the ground features. After careful inspection of the landing area, pilot made approach & landed. During landing roll, aircraft wheels sunk into sand. Aircraft came to rest on nose.
